Gym: 13 Stars Fitness
Owner: Brian Vagnini
Before: Local printer with no fitness industry experience
After: Easier ordering, faster turnaround, more frequent drops
Found Us Via: Kept seeing Forever Fierce recommended in CrossFit affiliate owner Facebook groups
The Problem
Brian was working with a local printer who could get the job done but didn't bring anything extra to the table. No design expertise in the fitness space. No understanding of how gym merch programs work. Just basic order fulfillment.
"We were looking for a vendor who had more experience in the fitness space."
When your printer doesn't understand your business, every order requires more explanation, more hand-holding, and more of your time managing the details.
The Switch
Brian kept seeing Forever Fierce pop up as a recommended vendor in the CrossFit affiliate owner Facebook groups. When multiple gym owners independently recommend the same vendor, that's a signal worth paying attention to.
"Working with someone new is always stressful, because you never know how the final product is going to turn out."
That's a valid concern. And it's exactly why first impressions matter in this business.
The Result
The stress dissolved once the first order came through.
"The process of getting an order made is super easy. Chatting, sending numbers, and artwork, or having some artwork designed based on an idea. All of it has made our lives as owners a lot easier, and allow us to generate orders faster."
Brian's insight for gym owners who think apparel is going to be a hassle: "The process of working with Forever Fierce couldn't be easier from a gym owner perspective. Matt is so responsive, and so thorough that it makes the process of ordering seem like something that should be done a lot more frequently — because it's nowhere near as painful as someone thinks it's going to be."
