Before: Merchology — time consuming manual process, large minimums, limited variety

After: More variety, managed webstore, individually packaged and shipped

Found Us Via: Through his CrossFit gym, CrossFit Reverb

The Problem

Joey was using Merchology for his apparel. The experience was everything that makes gym owners dread merch: a time consuming manual process, large minimum order requirements, and the need to purchase large inventory of very few items.

Large minimums force you into exactly the trap that kills gym merch programs — you're buying quantity to hit a threshold, not because you have demand for it. The result is always the same: money tied up in stock that moves slowly or not at all.

The Switch

Joey heard about Forever Fierce through his CrossFit gym and decided to make the switch. His concern was straightforward — would they hit the minimums, and would it be too expensive?

"Was worried we wouldn't meet the minimums, or it would be too expensive."

The reality was the opposite of what he expected.

The Result

The contrast between the old process and the new one was stark.

"With Forever Fierce we were able to have a lot of variety, everyone could choose their own merch at the merch store and FF handled all of the packaging, shipping and online store management. It was amazingly easy and added a lot of variety."

No more bulk purchasing. No more limited options. Members got to choose what they wanted, pay through a managed webstore, and receive individually packaged orders. Joey's role in the process: minimal.

"Do it, it makes the apparel process incredibly easy, and gives your people a lot of options to choose from."
