Gym: CrossFit Factorial
Owner: Amanda Bridges
Before: DIY graphic design + local printer — too much work, vendors didn't understand gym needs
After: More frequent drops, better designs, dramatically less stress

The Problem
Amanda was designing graphics herself and working directly with a local printer. The process was eating her alive — not just the time spent on design, but dealing with vendors who didn't understand the specific needs of a gym apparel program.
"The process was way too much work and the vendors often didn't understand our business needs."
She was spending hours she could have used coaching, programming, or growing her business on a task that felt like a second job.
The Switch
Amanda heard about Forever Fierce on the Best Hour of Their Day podcast and was intrigued — but cautious. Her biggest concern was that the claims would be too good to be true and the pricing would blow her budget.
The reality surprised her: "I was afraid some of the claims would be too good to be true and/or the pricing would be way out of our range. It was actually a little cheaper — especially when factoring in all the time saved."
That last part is the detail most gym owners miss when comparing quotes. The per-item cost might look similar, but when you stop paying for freelance design work and stop spending 15 hours managing each order, the total cost drops significantly.
The Result
CrossFit Factorial went from sporadic, stressful apparel drops to a consistent program that runs multiple times per year with minimal effort from Amanda.
"A better process, more frequent apparel runs during the year, and a LOT less stress on my part."
More drops means more revenue. Less stress means she can focus on what she's actually good at — running her gym.
