Gym: Frogman Fundraiser

Client: Kate Elnicki

Before: Local print shop — unsatisfied with quality and design capabilities

After: Streamlined process, unmatched print quality, members constantly asking for more

Found Us Via: Word of mouth from Burg CrossFit

The Problem

Kate was using a local print shop and running into two problems: the t-shirt quality wasn't up to her standards, and the shop's design capabilities were limited. When you're doing fundraiser apparel — where the merch needs to feel special enough that people want to buy it for a cause — settling for mediocre quality and generic design isn't an option.

Her other concern about switching was practical: would communicating over email instead of face-to-face meetings sacrifice the personal touch?

The Switch

Kate found Forever Fierce through word of mouth — another gym owner at Burg CrossFit recommended them. She decided to try it despite her concerns about remote communication.

"I was worried about communication over email rather than in person but you guys never failed to hear all of my ideas and requests and fulfill them in the tee shirts."

The worry about losing that in-person connection turned out to be unfounded. Responsive email communication with someone who actually listens can be better than an in-person meeting with someone who doesn't.

The Result

Kate uses Forever Fierce for annual fundraiser apparel — one order per year with a specific purpose and a dedicated audience. And every single time, the demand outpaces the supply.

"The process is definitely very streamlined and easy. With only a couple back and forth emails I always receive the exact design I want and I am absolutely thrilled every time. Your quality of printing is unmatched and people love how soft the shirts are. I only do these shirts once a year for fundraising and I always have people asking me when they can get more."

When your members are actively asking when they can buy more of your merch, you've nailed the product. That level of demand — where people seek it out rather than needing to be sold — is what every gym owner's apparel program should aspire to.
